The market opportunity really is that huge and we have a serious need to grow our national brand because a number of major players are starting to give us work across the country. There are over 10,000 letting Agents in the UK and more and more are staring to outsource their inventory management tasks, those of inventories, check-ins, interim inspections and check-outs. You will be there to outsource all, or part, of their labour intensive work. The fact that we are independent, impartial and unbiased helps give Landlords and Letting Agents peace of mind, and that at the same time reduces staff costs and overheads. When we meet we will share with you how successful we are at working with Letting Agents and just how valuable they feel our service is to them.
What can you earn as an Inventory Clerk?
It will depend on the lifestyle you need - because the answer is - as much as you want. Remember we will prove to you our success to date. We have some clerks working part-time averaging 4-5 inventories a week earning £15,000 p.a. Others averaging 15-20 per week are earning £40,000-£50,000 p.a. Jonathan Senior has a 6 figure income just covering 6-8 clients in Bournemouth.
